A young graduated man living in a small village called Neverland receives an official letter that encourages him to pursue his studies in performing arts in the city.

An official letter sent from the capital arrives in a forgotten village called Neverland. It is addressed to young M'naouer, the first and only graduate in the village and a brilliant puppet player. This letter will lead him to become a student of drama: a long path of learning about life and the city opens up before him.
