M'Faddal, Abdelhamid and Abdeslam, three degree holders and friends try their best to get employed in Morocco. After so many unsuccessful attempts, M'Faddal rents an apartment in Rabat together with Laarbi and Mustapha and knows a girl, called Saliha. Abdelhamid finds refuge in Islam. He becomes a fundamentalist. Abdeslam gets hard a bank loan to buy a micro bus to use as a big taxi. M'Faddal, tired of the different and frequent marches he takes part in with his friends, sets his mind to go back to his hometown, Oued Laou. There, Saadia, his old love, has just lost her husband, El K'tami, a drug dealer who has just been killed in a settlement scoring. M'Faddal befriends her again. El Hachmi, Saadia's father, a drug dealer himself, talks M'Faddel into joining him. For lack of better offers M'Faddel says yes. the cost of such cooperation will be M'Faddel's own life!
