Asanzwe kandi yigisha muri kaminuza UPR (ishimikira ku gukinga amatati no gutsimbataza amahoro). Mu vyigwa atanga harimwo ibijanye n'ubuhinga bwo gutegura amareresi hamwe n'ubuhinga bwo gutumatumanako.
